Feast of All Saints

Have we forgotton what Jesus came to do? The basic prophecy of Jesus is contained in the Gospel of today's mass.

The good news that Jesus came to proclaim was not 'pie in the sky when you die' He awakend hope in the poor and the oppressed. The good news was about living conditions on earth when the poor would no longer be poor, the hungry would be filled with good things and the oppressed would be liberated.

Jesus did not come to bring charity or healing it was freedom he came to bring.
