Readings: Acts 14:21-27;Apoc:1-5; Jn 13: 31-33

Cardinal Joseph Bernardin wrote to his priests "I have never understood what it means to be a priest more than I do now. People look to priests to be authentic witnesses to God's active role in the world, to his love. ..... people simply want us to be with them in the joys and sorrows of their lives..... People remember the small acts of concern and thoughtfulness.
